HISTORY OF
GAMMA
In 2018, the MMA landscape changed forever. A bold new organisation was born: The Global Association of Mixed Martial Arts (GAMMA). What began with 24 pioneering nations has rapidly grown into a global powerhouse.
Today, GAMMA unites 92 member nations, working together to elevate MMA as a true amateur sport on the world stage. Our journey began with the historic first World Congress on July 4, 2018, in Italy.
