Lusen Bakos
First Vice President
Lusen Bakos served as Vice-President of the German Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Federation e.V. (GAMMAF) from 2014 to 2018, playing a key role in the development of amateur MMA in Germany. He has also been actively engaged in promoting and expanding the sport through his company First MMA Management since 2015, collaborating with international sports agents and promoters with success in sponsorship acquisition and the securing of financial support. He also acts as Vice President of the UWMMA “United World MMA Organization” based in Switzerland.
Jovinus Carolus Legawa

Jovinus Carolus Legawa has gained extensive experience in sports administration from his earlier days as FINA TWPC Water Polo Referee (1997 to 2018) through his rise to current presidency of the Jakarta Aquatics Federation, where he has held the helm position since 2021. His impressive resume also boasts the current titles of Head of Sport Development of NOC Indonesia, 2019 to present; Advisor to Indonesia Sport & Youth Minister, 2021 to present; and President of the Indonesia Teqball Federation, 2023 to 2028.
Gaji Gajiyev
Vice President
Gaji Gajiyev has held the position of General Director at SA Construction Group LLP, overseeing the successful implementation of complex infrastructure projects. and investment projects in agriculture, the automotive business, IT, and other sectors since 2017. Previous positions include: Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Naiza-Kurylys Concern (2016 – 2017) and Managing Director at Zhol Zhondeushi (2015 to 2017). Since 2009, Gajiyev has contributed to sport as a member and now Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Republican Union of Martial Arts of Kazakhstan, where he has supported the creation of a national form of mixed martial arts. Since 2015, he has also stood as President of the Republican Federation NOMAD MMA of Kazakhstan, focusing on developing young fighters and international competitions; the President of the Kung Fu Association of Kazakhstan (2016 to 2018); President of the Pencak Silat Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan; and, since 2019, as vice-president of the United Kazakhstan Federation of Mixed Martial Arts MMA. In 2023, Gajiyev was appointed Vice-President of the Weightlifting Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Martin Škvára

Martin Škvára has stood as president of the Czech MMA Association (MMAA) for eleven years following success in three elections and carries eight years’ experience in international MMA federations, from IMMAF to GAMMA. He has organised upward of 130 MMA events, establishing himself as one of the biggest amateur and semi-professional promoters in Europe. His portfolio includes 82 editions of the Czech national amateur championship, MMAA Aréna CUP, and 40-50 professional MMA events, as well as the commissioning of the only UFC event to be hosted in Czechia. Škvára is pioneer of the only worldwide certificated state study program to offer a master’s degree specialism in MMA with Charles University FTVS, Prague; Country Development Director at the O.C.C; and main Supervisor and ideator of the Cognitive Athletics. Škvára’s core profession is s CEO and founder of a full-service advertising agency.
Carlo Di Blasi

Having graduated from university in law, Carlo Di Blasi pursued a career in TV production, as a commentator and director. From the 1990s, he has promoted combat sports, producing OKTAGON, from 1996 to the present. Di Blasi joined ISKA (International Sport Kickboxing Association) in 1993 and remains a member today. Since 2001, he has promoted combat shows in Italy and Europe, collaborating with major international promotions including K1 GP, It’s Showtime, Glory, Fight code, Bellator kickboxing, Bellator MMA and Road to One Europe. As manager, he has fielded champions such as Giorgio Petrosyan, Martine Micheletto and Mattia Faraoni. In 2019, Di Blasi joined ONE Championship and introduced GAMMA President Engelhardt and ONE CEO Chatri Sityodtong to facilitate an enduring partnership.

Xinghui Jin
Appointed Member
With a bachelors degree in Sports Diplomacy and a Doctorate in Physical Education with Taekwondo as a specialism, former athlete Xinghui Jin went on to pursue an illustrious career in sports administration. By 2006 he was appointed to the Public Taekwondo Management Committee of the China Taekwondo Association as Deputy Director. He officiated as a National Public Taekwondo Competition Referee for the Chinese Taekwondo Association from 2006 to 2009, while also acting as the Chinese Taekwondo team’s Head Coach. He contributed to the Competition Department of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Sports for the 18th World Taekwondo Championship from 2007 to 2008. Subsequently, more commercial roles saw Xinghui Jin become Director of the Heroes List Fighting Championship Technical Committee (2009); Special Consultant for the Fight King Series (2016); and Minister for ROAD FC (2017). More recently he has sat on the Arbitration Committee for the National Kickboxing Championship under the Wushu Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, and acted as Chief of Arbitration for the Asian Mixed Martial Arts Association for the first Asian Mixed Martial Arts Championships in 2023. Jin remains active also as a national educator for MMA and kickboxing referees.
Yassine Arab

Yassine is the Sports Director of the Algerian National Olympic Committee and is heavily involved in African Sport. He holds a law degree from Algiers University and has been a government employee for over three decades. He is multilingual, fluent in Arabic, Amazigh, English, Spanish, and French, and has built an exceptional career in both law and sports management. An accomplished martial artist, he holds a 4th DAN black belt in Karate. In addition to his athletic achievements, he has held numerous leadership roles in national and international sports organisations. He served as the Technical Manager of the Algerian Karate and Taekwondo Federation and was elected to the Executive Bureau of the Algerian Karate Federation. Internationally, he has been a member of the African Karate Confederation Executive Committee and President of the North African Karate Region. He also contributed to the World Karate Federation’s Sport Organising Committee and chaired key commissions for major sporting events, including the Mediterranean Games in Oran (2022) and the Pan Arab Games (2023).
